The staff was friendly and efficient. The PA clearly explained my medical problem and the medication needed to correct it. The prescription was sent directly to my pharmacy and I was able to pick it up later in the day. All together, well done.

This was the first time I made an appointment at crystal run urgent care online. When we got there my son was taken right in. The doctor he got was very understanding and he listened to my son’s concerns and explained things to him in a way that helped him to feel better.

doctor the care was professional and friendly.

The doctor I saw prescribed a medication that I would have had an allergic reaction to! Fortunately, the oharmacist flagged it. The dictor eventually called back and perceived an alternative medication but not for the recommended period. After more calls, he said he would call in additional days...currently this has not been done. Huge waste of a day.

Making an appointment is a joke. The office was very crowded and it didn't matter that I had an appointment. I walked out after 1.5 hours of waiting.

Gentleman calling in patients for the precheck was hard to understand (his accent was quite heavy and was mispronouncing patients’ names)and he wasn’t a good listener, nor was he polite. When people don’t feel well, they don’t want to feel as if someone isn’t listening to them. The front desk was polite and helpful. The examiner was great, the wait was over two hours, even with our appointment prescheduled. I understand that people are sick around this time of year, but CR should better meet the needs of its patients.

Sitting in a cold 8 × 12 cell. For over 40 minutes. I actually thought they forgot about me. Note: when you're not feeling well 10 minutes seem like eternity. It would of been nice if someone got off their phone or laptop and give one an update, or acknowledge my existence or that someone would be here shortly, or offer a blanket, coffee, hot water bottle, shot of brandy...something!!!

They booked me in after I said I had a Zoc Doc appointment. After an hour I told them I was leaving. Oh wouldn’t you know they found me. Crystal Run Healthcare is terrible. They cancelled my annual appointment two of the last three years. I still have not made up this years annual and am looking for an alternative.
