The Dr was very friendly, communicated ( used simple language not medical vocabulary)very well. Explained everything clearly. He had already reviewed my history , chart, past medical, allergies to meds, etc upon entering the exam room. He had already reviewed lab results and explain full results will be know in 2 days. With that the Dr gave a diagnosis and treatment plan. Could have talked a little bit slower, not so rushed. The Dr is young he’ll learn that. :). I liked him more than my primary. Nice & friendly. He will do well.

One of the best things about the Crystal Run Urgent Care setting is the ability to make an appointment. While it may not always be possible for an urgent care program to honor an appointment without delay due to triage, on this occasion I was seen without delay.
When I was seen and after my vital signs were taken, I was seen for treatment by Cara, a PA employed there. I required a wound check to see whether a hand laceration was healing properly. She expertly provided the services I required and answered every question completely (and went beyond my questions with the information she provided) to ensure that I would be able to fully participate in my career in the days ahead.
All in all, an excellent experience.

I booked an appointment with urgent care. I was called into a room 40 minutes after my appointment. Vitals were taken and Covid and flu swab. Sat in room for 50 minutes till PA came in

Excessive wait time, be prepared

I drove 30 minutes to the nearest crystal run urgent care that had appointments left. I arrived at 12:30 for a 12:30 appointment. I followed the instructions to text “here”when I arrived. Received a message back saying wait for a patient services rep to contact me. Waited in my car 45 min. Finally went in to be told that I was supposed to come inside to check in (that was not part of the instructions I received) and that even with an appt I would be waiting another two hours to be seen. One receptionist just stared at me while I cried. The other condescendingly kept repeating that I would have to wait another two hours. Poor customer service, poor instructions and poor attitudes. Bedside manner counts even for reception. I have contacted billing to get my copay back due to the fact that I was never seen by a doctor. Crystal run is absolutely atrocious and unfortunately has taken over in this area.

Everyone was nice and office was very clean. I was taken within 10 min of my appointment time. Although I wanted to see a specialist and no one was available the person I saw was knowledgeable and helpful. It was a positive and easy experience!
