What should a new client know about working with you?
Dr. Ton offers personalized and flexible appointments, both in person and via Telehealth. We currently accept self-pay options (credit, debit, FSA, HSA, or Apple Pay) for appointments, and insurance can be used for medications. You can request a receipt for self-reimbursement, dependent on your plan. For added convenience, we now offer flexible payment options through Square AfterPay upon request. We extend our gratitude to veterans with a special discount for the initial appointment, and Vietnam War Combat Veterans receive free assistance.
While we may not be the lowest-cost (nor the highest) option, we believe in the subjective value of our services. Dr. Ton's approach sets us apart, offering a unique and unparalleled experience. You will not find another physician like Dr. Ton.
Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our decision to cap patient numbers at a carefully selected limit. As a small, exclusive boutique private practice, our focus is unwaveringly on providing unparalleled quality care, prioritizing individual attention over volume.
In essence, our pricing structure ensures a fair balance, considering the extensive training involved, allowing our practice to focus solely on your care without the distraction of operating costs. Initial session rate: $350 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session rate: $150 for 30 minutes
What is your typical process for working with clients?
At the core of our practice are unwavering principles of safety and strong ethics. To ensure the utmost care, we request a card on file and a modest initial deposit of $200, directly contributing to your visit. It's important to note that this deposit is nonrefundable in case of a no-show or late cancellation.
We employ CharmEHR for meticulous charting, recording, and secure storage of your data, seamlessly linked with the BlueFin system for billing. Our Telehealth is fortified with the Zoom secured enterprise version, prioritizing your privacy and protection above all else. Once your appointment is confirmed, anticipate receiving further details from our Evolve Behavioral Medicine team. Choose us for a healthcare experience rooted in safety, ethics, and advanced technology tailored to your well-being.
