I waited online for 30 minutes just for the Dr to never show up for the appointment . There were so many steps i had to take to be ready for this appt just for her to not even take the call. Very disappointing. I was actually looking forward to getting the help i had requested … i called support and they weren’t able to locate the Dr either .
