“Loved Dr. Carmack! My toddler is definitely in the stranger anxiety phase and Dr. Carmack handled it SO well. Usually my daughter continues to scream when new faces are in the same room, but Dr. Carmack kept her distance, didn’t make eye contact with her, talked in a calm tone as we got to know each other, and my toddler STOPPED CRYING. That alone was huge for us. Dr. Carmack is an amazing pediatrician and I would strongly recommend her to anyone!”

About Dr. Cynthia Carmack

Dr. Carmack grew up in central Indiana, received a BS in Biochemistry with a minor in Sociology from Indiana University in 1997, and graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2001. She completed her internship and residency in Pediatrics at the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children. Dr. Carmack enjoys all that Utah has to offer from skiing, hiking trail running, and cycling to touring local farmer’s markets. She is also an avid swimmer and swam competitively in high school.

I really love Dr. Carmack, since I gave birth she visited me once or twice in the hospital and she was so gentle with my son( still is ) but something about her left a mark! I had to get her info before I left and I wouldn’t trade her as my son’s pediatrician for the world. She listens to all my concerns and reassures me every time! She even broke down the vaccines for me to make sure I was comfortable & knowledgeable in them. 10/10
