“I wanted to get a 2nd opinion outside of my normal referral about some nose congestion. My doctors referred ENT physician could not fit me in for 3 weeks. I was able to make a next-day appointment with Dr. Duck, and she was super helpful. Office is super clean and everyone is very friendly. I do not use insurance and their out-of-pocket costs were as expected. Overall very helpful appointment - Dr. Duck is very easy to work with and was very patient with all of my questions.”

Definitely NOT the most friendly doctor office I’ve been to. The receptionist and doctor did not seem happy to be there, but the assistant was very kind and welcoming. The doctor barely greeted me when she got into the room and just said, “let me look at your ears.” She didn’t ask about the symptoms I’ve been experiencing, she just told me my ears looked fine and then the appointment was over.

I have been in pain for six weeks now, the provider looked in my ear, told me there is nothing wrong and that i have tmj, and that there’s nothing more that can be done about it. Didn’t explain what that is, didn’t give any tips on how to manage it, didn’t try and see if something else might be going on, didn’t check to see if there’s any swelling in my neck or jaw. Nobody else was waiting for an appointment but i sure felt hurried out. Won’t be going back

AVOID THIS PLACE
I'm a professional musician that takes hearing ability very seriously. I experienced a sudden noise induced hearing loss and I wanted to start treatment to regain what I've lost since it is acute/recent. After receiving the hearing test the ENT basically told me that my hearing was within the normal range so they don't want to prescribe me anything. Typical treatment would be steroids and HBOT. I didn't even need the hearing test for them to tell me what I already know.
I was told my hearing is good enough so they wont do anything for me. That is unacceptable treatment. I'm sure they can tell who I am from my situation. They should find a different profession if they're whole plan in life is to milk people's insurance for a living and kick them down the road without a shred of assistance.

Do not reccomend. Left the appointment with more and bigger issues than I went in for. Medical assistant seemed confused as to the nature of the appointment at the start. Doctor rushed the simple procedure, caused pain, didn't acknowledge a slew of other issues that I mentioned, and rushed out of the room. Will be going to see a different specialist to see if damage was done.

I was two minutes late and they canceled my appointment. Drove an hour to get there and got stuck in traffic which resulted in being less than five minutes late.

Became unfriendly when they didn't know what was wrong after a few tests. But maybe a result of the problem being out of their listed expertise areas, so check first.
