About Da Hee Choe
I am a licensed acupuncturist with over 12 years of experience in healthcare, focused on helping patients heal by addressing root causes—not just symptoms. In my practice, I look at how emotional stress, nervous system dysregulation, and unresolved emotional patterns can directly impact physical health.
I specialize in supporting patients with stress, anxiety, chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, digestive concerns, and nervous system–related symptoms. My approach integrates traditional Chinese medicine with a nervous system–informed and emotionally aware perspective, recognizing the deep connection between the mind, body, and emotions.
In addition to in-office acupuncture care, I offer virtual Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) sessions. EFT—often referred to as “tapping”—is a gentle, evidence-based technique that combines light tapping on acupressure points with guided focus to help calm the nervous system, release emotional stress, and rewire stress responses. Virtual EFT sessions are available for those seeking emotional support, stress relief, and mind-body healing from the comfort of home.
My goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care that helps patients feel regulated, empowered, and supported on their healing journey.

Da Hee is the best!! She gets to the root of the problem and gets to work! She puts in so much love, care, time and energy to the treatments. I only always had the best experiences with her! I highly recommend her. Personally, she is the only acupuncturist I will go to.
Just a heads-up, acupuncture is not the only end-all, be-all medicine, so do not think acupuncturists are magicians and will cure all of your problems and issues but they are someone who can help alleviate your symptoms. Acupuncture is for prevention care and it can also be an additional benefit to whatever medical care you are receiving.
Anyhow, truly recommend Da Hee, she is my holistic and preventative care doctor!:)
