“I was beyond happy with my appointment today with Dr. LaChance, he was ready before I was and ready to go there was no wait time and he was so easy to talk to and I wasn’t uncomfortable with him at all. There was no judgement and very easy to express to him how I was feeling, he also said if I needed anything I could get ahold of him and let me know the easiest way to do that. I have to say this was the best Dr appt I ever have had. Very kind, patient, professional and understanding. I will definitely be making my appointments with Dr. LaChance again. ”

Getting to know Dale Lachance
I practice a collaborative approach to mental health by working with clients to develop individualized plans that improve mental health and overall quality of life at home, work, or school. I believe in using evidence-based practice and a holistic approach to guide clinical decisions and provide treatment, recognizing that medications are not always the solution. Each person's life experience is unique, so I take the time to listen, ask questions, and build a therapeutic relationship to ensure clients feel their needs are met and can achieve both short- and long-term goals to improve their mental health.
I hold a Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University. My experience spans private practice, community outpatient mental health clinics, and foster care, where I provide medication management and psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I am skilled in treating Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, and OCD.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My hope is that client will feel they have had an opportunity to communicate their needs, have a good understanding of any recommendations made and feel that they participated in the direction of their care and treatment.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
