I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to client-centered care. I focus on providing care for patients with diverse mental health disorders.
With a motivational, compassionate, and empathetic approach, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and valued. Through collaboration, I help clients navigate challenges, address concerns, and develop personalized mental wellness and growth strategies.
I work with patients aged 13 and above who are experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, sleep disorders, and personality disorders. I also manage patients with ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, and other behavioral or emotional difficulties.
I continually strive for my patients to feel supported, validated, and empowered through a therapeutic alliance built on trust, empathy, and collaboration, where my patients' concerns are respected, their strengths are recognized, and their treatment plans are personalized.
A Dual Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in general healthcare and mental health. I understand that mental health is as vital to overall wellness as physical health. My journey has been driven by recognizing unmet needs in patients struggling with mental health challenges. My ongoing commitment to mental health motivates my desire to make a positive difference in my patients' lives.
