I have been having pain on my toes and it’s ingrown toe nails. Been dealing with for a while and finally had to see someone. I liked the convenience that I could book online. Next day appointments were available. I got a message the day of and they wanted to move appointment 30 minutes later which I was ok with. I would rather wait 30 more minutes at home than sitting in a waiting room wondering when I am going to be seen. I also had the choice to reschedule for another date if I wanted. Walked in and just started the new patient paperwork when the called my name. Doctor came in a few minutes later. Told me what he could do and said if I am ok with it he could do it today. Went over the procedures. Lady came in with price and I was ok with that. Everyone was nice and went over every thing really well and post op care at home. Just an overall good experience.

Dr. Cairns is an excellent Podiatrist. He is very patient and answers all questions in a way that can be understood. I highly recommend him and will definitely go back.

Appointment was booked for one time but the office had me on the schedule for 30 minutes later. I was taken back and seen quickly though. Most office staff were apathetic and not friendly. Doctor seemed knowledgeable but gave the diagnosis and backed out of the room quickly. He left without answering questions or giving any more information.

Followed Dr. Cairns to this office, which is no complaints with him ever. Very attentive and explains cleary, and never tries and rush the visit. Left there with no concerns. And now I know what is going on with my old feet Lol. Now on a not so good experience. The girl at the front check window did not greet me with a hello, got a yes. First of rude. Then when I was told would need to fill out paperwork, and ect. Mentioned Dr. Cairns she popped off and said he Now works for Academy&Ankle . I replied I understand and did not need her attitude, would have let it go, she had attitude at first. As for the lady checking you out. Was awesome very cordial and bubbly, maybe the other gal should take some notes on educate and how to talk to people

They seemed okay, but staff was short tempered since it was the end of the day, and they required payment upfront before doing ANYTHING. They will not bill or treat you if you don’t pay. And if they don’t do anything, you still gotta pay the copay.

I would go back. The doctor was very kind, quick and I felt comfortable. The nurse wasn’t very kind, but it was the end of the work day, and she mentioned that it’d been a long day. The nurse made me very anxious, and the vibe was not a good one, but then the doctor helped me feel better, and it was clear that he knew what he was doing.

Typical backlog of unexpected patient needs pushed my appointment time one hour late. When I asked if I should be reschedule , they promptly called me back and since I had to pickup my daughter, the promptly took care of me. once seem, my appointment took 15 minutes .

I had a 1:00 appointment and when I arrived the parking lot and waiting area was empty. After 35 minutes I was placed in a room by the rudest of people. No introduction and continued to ask the same questions I answered on the check in paper work. No introduction, just a very poor attitude. The front desk person did not understand how I could download DL and insurance card and needed it again!

Once you actually get back to the doctor things are good. He is direct, friendly and listens to your issues.
My insurance was having issues, saying I didn't have it when they ran it, and the front desk staff got frustrated with me, when I kept showing them that on the insurance website it said I was covered. It was all around unpleasant for everyone involved but I'm the one that had to cough up a couple hundred so I feel that they could have treated me with a little more grace.
