Dr. Hillman is originally from Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. He completed pre-medical studies in the field of applied studies in Canada. He went on to obtain a medical degree from The Autonomous University of Guadalajara international program in Guadalajara, Mexico. Following his education, he moved to Lansing, Michigan to complete a Family Medicine residency at Sparrow hospital (affiliated with Michigan State University).

Dr. Hillman always loved basic sciences and had a strong interest in psychology and mental health. He wanted to have a career where he could serve people and aid them in becoming their best self through healthy lifestyle and preventive healthcare. Dr. Hillman believes in a holistic approach to patient care with a focus on patient empowerment. He has been a long-time advocate of integrated healthcare and is excited to join the medical team at Broadwater Clinic.

Absolutely horrible. I’d never recommend. I went for a routine Pap (I haven’t been in years) and I felt like the staff was talking me out of it. The doc came to the room and said they could do it there but I’d have better follow up at an OB office. Implying he didn’t want to do it. I said I have limited time to make appts because of my work and that it’s important to me to get it done. He said great and had the RN come back with the number to an OB office. This was my first time using them but I never would again. Why waste my time on an appt when I specified that’s what the appt was for?
