Daniel L. Fish, MD

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys fishing, hunting, gardening, cooking, canning/pickling and sustainable living, and taking care of his chickens and golden retriever, Bodie.
In my course of practice I do not complete paperwork for FMLA, disability, or other accommodations outside of an already established medication management or therapy alliance. I do not offer forensic or competency evaluations in any capacity including, but not limited to, employment, citizenship, or legal proceedings.
