“I actually had a really fantastic experience and would highly recommend. In terms of actual care and the meticulousness of my actual exam, I am incredibly pleased. I saw three people over the course of one visit to examine my vision and eye health. The doctor looked at my results and was very thoughtful about solving my relatively complicated eye problem and recommended me to a specialist once he decided one was necessary. Actual care, examination and knowledge of - and access to - new technologies and the latest developments in healthcare are all things that I value highly. Those needs were met here. I would absolutely return. Regarding the negative comments on bedside manner, when it comes to health, I find that how personal a doctor is pales in comparison to the quality of his care in terms of personal requirements. I would say any lack of friendliness was compensated for by pure competence and professionalism. ”

What an amazing operation they run here. I am so glad I chose this office for my Lasik consultation.

Goodman's office did NOT have my appointment and stated that "they were having problems with ZocDoc".
great experience with Dr. Goodman, gave good advice on how to take care of eyes and potential lasik
Verified patient
I didn't like the wait but he and his associate were very nice and seemed very knowledgeable

I can see! It's incredible.

Front desk customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this place. They gave no information about what to bring for the appointment and then tried to blame zocdoc for not giving them any info on my appointment, despite the fact that their company website directs you to zocdoc to book a consultation appointment.

Dr didn’t ask me for my input, only read from what I had written on the office questionnaire. He was not particularly personable or warm. I wouldn’t go back.
The office or Daniel Goodman seems to operate very efficiently and I appreciate their team’s sense of urgency. However, moments felt slightly impersonal, somewhat like I was being filtered through a machine, which was okay and understandable due to the heavy traffic. Overall, I was able to go in and get my exam complete and received my prescription promptly - overall a good experience.

The visit was very easy and efficient—no long wait times or delays. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and professional. I would certainly go back.

Pleasant and informative

From his office, to his staff, to the Doctor himself, everything was top notch. Very professional staffers at the reception desk who got me in right away to the first part of the exam. They took my vision insurance with no questions, filled out a quick medical history form (first time visit) and started the exam. I had an early appointment so that might have helped, by the time I left about an hour later the waiting area had more people in it than I arrived (no one was there). I would definitely recommend if you are like me and you like to see an ophthalmologist instead of an optometrist at the mall.
Verified patient
Always great when the actual doctor is the one doing the consult. Dr Goodman was professional and calm and detailed and a great listener
Verified patient
Very respectful of time and of ones overall goals

Excellent!

Very busy practice. Several Doctors assist with routine eye exams but at the end of the appointment you get 5 minutes with Dr. Goodman. If you expect an full exam given by Dr. goodman go elsewhere.
Highly competent.

My appt was made through ZocDoc, but somehow it showed up in their system for the wrong day. Fortunately for me, they were able to accommodate me anyway, but you should confirm with their office since it seems their ZocDoc scheduler isn't aligned.
Went in for a lasik consultation. Practically no wait till his assistants started testing me. They were all very professional and really nice. All describing what tests were being performed and asking if I had questions. Saw Dr. Goodman after all the tests, around an hour. He was fantastic, described everything in detail and answered all questions. EXCELLENT bedside manner. Really nice guy. Look forward to actually getting the procedure done!
I had a very nice experience to think it was my first time. They were very nice and accommodating, very professional....I love to comeback for my LASIK surgery because I know they will take care of me... Especially Doctor Goodman

Excellently run practice.

Excellent, except for the wait.

Daniel Goodman is great doctor. This was my routine exam after 10 years. they did a through job an gave me [prescription for glasses an provided me information about monovision.

After waiting over a month for my appointment (including it getting rescheduled directly through ZocDoc without even a call), I hardly got any time with Dr. Goodman himself. I had one of his assistant docs come in to do my eye exam, who was then rushed out for an emergency appointment a few minutes in, and then another assistant doc assigned to do my exam. After another 30 mins of waiting, I finally got to see Dr. Goodman for less than 5 minutes... he was very rushed throughout the appointment as he seemed to have better places to be. He may be good but seems like too much of a chase for a celebrity.
It was my initial consultation with Dr. Daniel Goodman. His staff did quite a bit of testing prior to my meeting him. He also performed some tests to check my eye issues and came up with a recommendation that he passed on to my Opthomologist for his approval. I will be seeing my eye doctor in early August and we will discuss his findings/recommendation and what approach we will take to correct the problem.
Excellent
Excellent...very professional

Dr Goodman is talented, skillful and engaging. His expertise in dealing with unusual issues generates life long appreciation for one who wishes for the best sight possible
I didn't spend much time with Dr. Goodman at all, but the rest of the staff was fantastic, thorough, and knowledgeable! The office is a really nice space, too.
Dr. Goodman is excellent in his specialty, but scheduling an appointment is just awful.I got a call three times from his office staff to reschedule for various reasons. Unless you have very specific corneal problems go to a different doctor.
Excellent!!!!
