Daniel works with clients in achieving a state of balance, equanimity and wellness through individual, proven approaches that include psychoeducation, medication management, lifestyle modification, diet/exercise, and supportive therapy utilizing motivational interviewing and the Socratic Method. Daniel prides himself in being a keen listener and providing thoughtful, useful feedback and advisement.

Daniel was drawn to the field of mental health and psychiatry by a deep interest in how the human mind/psyche operates, and motivated by the field's emphasis on neuroscience, diagnostic complexity, and patient stigma. Every patient is different and has their own story, and Daniel greatly enjoys assisting patients in finding clarity and solutions.
