I was definitely nervous walking in to the office. Once I got their the front desk ladies were very nice andhelpful with filling out my information on an iPad. The office was clean and they provided water for the patients. I had to use the restroom before my appointment and it was very clean. I met the doctor in his office and he was great and went thru all my questions and explained what he can do to help. I took a blood test and the ladies were very nice! Once again I met with the doctor to explain why they were taking my blood and before I knew it I was on my way home. I would definitely recommend this doctor.

My visit was amazing! Dr. Motola was very informative when I described my symptoms to him. He knew exactly what Iwas feeling and was able to let me know what I was experiencing. He was very generous and knew his stuff. Gave me some good tips on how to control what I was feeling. Although I was talking to a doctor, it felt more like I was talking to a friend and thats the type of doctor he is. He was able to put my mind at ease and was able to give me straight up answers! Thank you doctor for everything. Definitely recommend to anyone experiencing gastrointestinal problems.

The doctor is exceptional. The front desk person I met at initial check-in was a little cold and unfriendly (maybe having a rough day I don't know...) but EVERYONE else I interacted with was super helpful and focused on a great patient experience.

I've seen Dr. Motola twice now for issues related to a fatty liver, and he seems to be an excellent physician. I was seen on time on both visits, and I never felt at all rushed.

Great visit with Dr Motola. The offices were very clean and nice. I was greeted right away and then seen very quickly by the nurse and doctor. More information could have been transferred from my Zoc Doc checkin rather than having to write it again but still very quick and light paperwork. Dr motola quickly addressed my issue and I was out the door in no time.

Doctor is great. What really sucked was their borderline illegal software asking for social security and other things not required - software says it is optional but it is in small print and most people probably provide it. Also the system asks you to sign a bunch of terms and agreements that are in small print. One of them is agreeing to marketing from the software provider. Docs should know better than this.

Dr. Motola was truly helpful and took the time to explain things in detail rather than just skimming over them. He gave actionable suggestions for me to try straight away and explained the next steps clearly.

Very professional and thorough. He was clearly making a differential diagnosis. Very focused. Zocdoc wouldn’t let me skip the second and third categories- I don’t really care about waiting a few extra minutes.

110% couldn't recommend Dr Motola more. He answered every single one of my questions in great detail. I felt comfortable while speaking with him and if I had an hours worth of questions - it wouldn't have changed our convo as he wanted to make sure I understood what we spoke about. We have a great plan moving forward and I couldn't be more confident in whose on my team!

I was in a lot of pain and although I usually try to get a personal referral for a dr, in this case I was desperate and turned to ZocDoc. I scheduled the appointment at 10am for 12pm on the same day. I was seen right away. Dr Motola was very attentive, spent ample time with me, discussed my options and explained what might be happening. He sent me to do a catscan. My catscan was on a Friday at 4 pm, he got the results and called me right away at 5 pm on a Friday (I was sure i would have to wait till Monday to hear back). I highly recommend this practice and Dr Motola

Dr. Motola is patient, professional, kind, realistic and not an alarmist. He addressed my liver, digestive and gallbladder concerns logically after careful assessment of my symptoms and ordered the appropriate tests to establish proper treatment and rule out anything unnecessary or incorrect. I feel confident in his abilities and in his team. Everyone was very caring and communicative, I felt far less nervous than I did going in. Will return and recommend!

Dr. Motola was very kind and listened carefully to my concerns, but our entire visit was less than 10 minutes in length and happened while I was sitting in his office. My visit did not include any physical examination (which has never happened to me before when visiting a medical practitioner), but this was my first time seeing a GI, so perhaps that is routine and I just didn't know.

Dr. Motola is amazing. I am so happy that I found him. I wish he could be my primary as well. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He listens to you, takes his time, and his info is spot on. I have been dealing with GI issues for years and have seen many. He is the first one that I put my complete trust in and the first one to actually be able to help me with one of my main issues. I am very grateful for that.
