Both Dr. Riegel and his PA, Rita, took the time to thoroughly review my history, listen carefully to my concerns, and explain everything in a way that was clear and reassuring.
I appreciated how patient and attentive they were. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoughtfully. The doctor discussed my previous test results in detail and outlined a clear plan moving forward, which gave me confidence and peace of mind.

About Dr. Daniel Riegel
Dr. Daniel Riegel joined the practice in 2018. He specializes in internal medicine, consultative and diagnostic cardiology, and vascular disease. His interests include the treatment of coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, pacemakers, peripheral artery disease, and vein disorders.
Dr. Riegel earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. Following his residency in Internal Medicine at New York University Elaine A. and Kenneth G. Langone Medical Center in Manhattan, Dr. Riegel completed his Cardiovascular fellowship at Northwell Health in Manhasset. During his fellowship, he obtained additional board certifications in Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, and Vascular Ultrasonography. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

All went as expected. Second time there and I still feel like I am getting what I need in terms of a thorough examination and time with the Doctor. Wait time can be long but mostly for first time patients. I did have a small issue at check-in. I was not listed for an appointment in the office calendar so I needed to tell them I booked it on Zocdoc. They were able to find the appointment after that. I would definitely recommend Dr Riegal and his Practice to friends and family.

Fantastic doctor & staff. HOWEVER they do NOT book through Zocdoc. I was lucky enough to arrive before opening & be taken in anyways (extremely kind of the front desk to accommodate me in this situation), but you must call the office to book. I had essentially no wait time despite this and feel extremely grateful for the staff and doctor to see me regardless of this.

Office feels like a factory, the staff looks like they don’t want to be there. Awful bedside manner with the medical assistant working with me. (Poor attitude, i walked out). Echo technician was wonderful. I had no issues with the doctor but i will not be returning. One of the worst experiences i had in a doctor’s office.
