Booked through Zoc Doc only to find out they did not have my appointment after I went there. The doctor was not even in. Was a waste of time. Zoc Doc needs to update with real times/dates if doctors are not there or the establishment needs to take themselves off Zoc Doc.

This doctor had availability on Zocdoc but I was not seen because he was not in the office. After multiple phone calls I left without being seen and highly frustrated because I was not notified that he would not be in the office nor was I given any notice the appointment needed to be cancelled.

I called the office 30 minutes before my appointment to let them know I was running 5-10 minutes late and they tell me they see the appointment but the Zocdoc availability schedule is inaccurate and the doctor is not in. I drove 40 minutes just to find out they accepted an appointment when the doctor is Not even in the office. Total disregard for my time.

Terribly bad i was supposed to get results the next day or 2 days the latest. It’s been a week and no phone call nothing. I called 4 times to ask for results or when i would get a call back and the front desk just keeps saying that the doctor will call me and still hasn’t it’s been more than a week.
