I enjoy working with young adults navigating life transitions, women’s mood disorders, as well as older adults facing new challenges. My treatment style blends medication management, psychotherapy, and psychosocial support, always in collaboration with the patient’s goals. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling with my family, and exploring new craft projects.
