About Danielle Doedens
Danielle Doedens, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, received her BSN from Brenau University in 2009. While working in the hospital setting Danielle recognized a lack of primary care service leading to increased hospitalization and re-hospitalization, especially in the vulnerable elderly population. She decided to turn her attention to patient primary care and returned to Brenau to complete her Master’s of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification. Since completing her FNP Danielle has worked in a variety of practices, serving diverse populations from all walks of life, focusing on disease prevention and treatment of chronic disease.
Danielle is excited to be at Pandya Medical Center due to their focus on primary care through the life span. Danielle strives to be accessible, conscientious, and comprehensive in her treatment of patients.
Danielle lives in Cumming, GA with her husband, two teenage daughters, 4 dogs and 3 horses. They enjoy swimming, hiking, biking and riding horses in North Georgia.

My appointment was at 1:30 pm and I arrived at 1:15 pm. I didn't get back to a room until 2:00 pm. The doctor didn't come in until 2:25. It was my first time at this practice. She came in and never even greeted me. She just said, "so, you have an earache" without even making eye contact. I then went through what was going on. She then had a nurse come in to irrigate my ears. And she hurt me badly because she used ice-cold water. I will not be back to see this practitioner again.

The office was excellent - the assistants, labs, etc - but I would not see Danielle again. I was visiting for a wellness exam, I waited in the exam room for over 45 minutes (she appeared to simply forget about me), she did not apologize for being so late, and she was not thorough in assessing my health for a wellness exam, it felt like a "check the box", especially when compared to the thoroughness of others like Dr Pandya I've experienced in the past. For example, especially in 2020, wellness exams should incorporate a behavioral health discussion in some form and there was no discussion outside of physical symptoms. She also asked me the same question (did I receive a flu shot) twice in the 3 minutes she was in the exam room - clearly not focused on my appointment or my answers.
This was a "check the box" experience after waiting a very long time - I'd recommend going elsewhere.
