About Danielle Johnson

Danielle Johnson, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant through The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a native of the Tidewater area and a graduate of Norfolk Academy. Danielle received her B.A. from Davidson College, where she also played Division I soccer. She went on to pursue her M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Richmond, VA. She has been surrounded by medicine her entire life as she has a long family history in medicine and dentistry. This is what drew her to the medical field. Danielle’s grandfather was a Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist, her father is a Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon, her mother is an Internal Medicine Physician, and her brother is a Dermatologist. Danielle has an interest in general and surgical dermatology. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, The Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants, and The Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Danielle is still an active soccer player in her spare time and enjoys spending time with friends and family and exploring the outdoors.
