She finished her Army career as the Chief of Dermatology at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. Her practice focuses on medical and surgical dermatology for all ages. Dr. Neal lives with her husband and son in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She enjoys running, cooking, and volunteering at the local animal shelter.
