The doctor never saw me. She wrote in my chart that I needed to see a spine specialist but nobody from the office called to cancel my appointment. The office handled it satisfactorily but I thought it was unprofessional that this doctor wouldn't see me even though I showed up for my appointment.

The waiting room was very narrow and didn't have much room for all the patients waiting with some waiting by the door standing. My wait time was about 30 or so minutes. The reception staff were not friendly but not rude. There was very little communication.
I was brought in with what I assume is the nurse, she didn't really introduce herself or what she was doing. She kind of told me that in order to take xrays I can't have a bra on. I was then told to remove my bra and wait for the radiologist to come get me. When she came to get me I had to walk with no bra through another waiting room with people waiting in the hallway, which made me feel uncomfortable. The radiologist was gentle and nice. The communication with the doctor was very sterile but informative. She answered my questions and concerns but that's where it ends. I didn't feel like I was treated as a patient but someone that came to waste their time and overall didn't feel very welcome.
