About Dr. Darren Pearson
Dr. Darren Pearson joins Wilmington Health from long term private practice. He enjoyed seeing his patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings for over 17 years at the Saint Louis Medical Clinic before moving to North Carolina and building an outpatient practice at Wake Forest Baptist Health. He received his medical training in Internal medicine and nephrology in South Africa at the University of Witwatersrand, and has been practicing as a board certified Internist in the US for the past 25 years. With his level of experience and expertise, he provides comprehensive, evidence-based medicine to the patients that he serves. Dr Pearson was very thorough, he asked lots of questions and explained everything so well. He was patient and asked if we had any questions and he spent all the time we needed answering question, never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend Dr Pearson!!
