Dr. Charles was very courteous and well mannered and asked questions that were important. Just disappointed with the outcome since I booked clearly with medication management and listed the medication. It would have been a better outcome if the Dr. mentioned prior to the appointment that he doesn’t normally prescribe the medication I listed. I would have preferred to have known this before the we had an hour long discussion. I felt it should have been mentioned before we ever discussed anything personal and private.
