Dr. David C. Brown is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon raised locally in Friendswood. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at Austin and his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He completed residency training in orthopedic surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. At Baylor College of Medicine Medical Center in Houston, he completed his orthopedic sports medicine fellowship.
Dr. Brown specializes in orthopedic sports medicine, with special interests in arthroscopic surgery, biologics, cartilage, ligament and tendon repair and restoration, minimally invasive surgery and shoulder and knee reconstruction.
