About Dr. David Eingorn
David S. Eingorn, MD, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstructive surgery and general orthopaedics. He is one of the founders of Mercer-Bucks Orthopaedics, with offices in Hamilton, and Lawrenceville, New Jersey, and Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Dr. Eingorn graduated with his bachelor's degree in biology from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and received his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine in the same city. His internship in surgery was carried out at the Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania’s Medical Center and followed by his orthopaedic residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Eingorn has received recognition as a "top doc" in the region and holds the Universal Halo patent, which is used internationally for fractured spines. He also invented a hip jig for the DePuy Total Hip system. Dr. Eingorn continues to stay on top of the newest technologies in the field of orthopaedics. He is one of the few surgeons in the area that has trained and performs robotic-assisted surgeries. His hospital staff appointments include active staff status at Capital Health Systems at Hopewell and Regional Campuses in Trenton, New Jersey, and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton in Hamilton, New Jersey. He also serves as an associate staff member at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, a consultant for Lawrence Rehabilitation Center in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, and a research consultant for Zimmer Orthopaedics Corporation. Dr. Eingorn pioneered outpatient joint replacements in the area and developed an outpatient total joint replacement program at the Mercer County Surgery Center. Membership in several professional organizations, publications, and research are part of Dr. Eingorn’s ongoing professional development and success. His professional history spans a variety of experiences and responsibilities, including volunteer surgery duty during the 9/11/01.

The office staff were wonderful. The doctor entered the room slumping into the chair closest to the door, he half listened at times other times he attempted to finish my sentences. After I shared my injury experience he stated, “Sounds like you just have bad luck”

The doctor spent no more then 5 minutes only to tell me it was not broken which I already knew since I was at the er 10 days prior for the injury I have ehlers danlos and believe I need an mri since I have pain and swelling still and cannot walk on it. I felt he did not listen to what I had to say when I tried to explain things and I was very disappointed and will not be going back.

I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room before I was called back to have an x-ray done before the doctor even spoke to me about my problems. I waited another 25 minutes in the examination room and by the time he came in, he only spent maybe five minutes with me and told me he could not talk to me about all of my problems. There was no time. Gave me an anti-inflammatory which I know will not work and try to sell me inserts for my shoes that I could buy at Walmart. I got absolutely no resolution to my problem. I’m going to have to see a podiatry specialist. This visit was a waste of my time and my money. I think I might call my insurance company and fight them paying the doctor. Not even sure if that can be done, but they don’t deserve to get any money out of me. It was a useless appointment and it sucked. To think in 2018 I let this guy double replace both knees. He was great then I think he’s too old now.

I saw the doctor for about 3 minutes. It felt very transactional. I left with no more knowledge than I arrived with. I’m disappointed because I was hoping to get some specific directions. I thought the after visit summary would shed some light, but the notes section was empty. I kind of feel like I flushed my money down the toilet. I feel bad leaving a poor review, but maybe someone will see this and select someone that is a better fit.
