My experience with this doctor was honestly great from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very organized, and the office itself was clean and comfortable. The doctor really took their time with me, listened to everything I had to say, and made sure I understood what was going on without ever rushing me. I felt respected, heard, and taken care of the whole time.
What stood out the most was how patient and understanding the doctor was — it felt like they genuinely cared instead of just going through the motions. Because of that, I definitely would go back, and I’d recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor who truly pays attention to their patients.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. David Fieno for a cardiologist. Very nice and polite manners but very informative and professional. Down to earth dr. that's not in a hurry to rush you out of the office. I was very pleased and educated on some topics. If you need a cardiologist, I would highly recommend the Heart South Group.

I may be partial, but I can NEVER say enough about Dr. Fieno! He’s one of my biggest fans in my journey working at Shelby and school in my hopes of getting into nursing school the summer of 2024! Everyone that meets him has nothing but praise for him and the care they receive! Dr. Fieno took care of my mother until her passing in 2017. I knew then as I do now, you or your loved ones couldn’t be in better hands with Dr. Fieno as your cardiologist! ??.

We started seeing Dr Fieno about 10 years ago. He saved my husbands life. He had a 80% blockage in the main artery (widow maker). Dr Fieno quickly diagnosed him and scheduled him for a stent.
Dr Fieno has always taken the time needed at all of our appointments to carefully explain things and schedule any testing needed. Him and all of his staff have always been very professional and appointment’s always run on a timely manner.
Dr Fieno also has gone above and beyond to refer us to specialists out of the realm of his expertise.
Last year my husband kept having some prostate issues that the doctor he was seeing was just putting bandaids on and not clearing up and Dr Fieno referred my husband to a Urologist that he highly recommended. We went to him and he very quickly diagnosed my husband with prostate cancer.
I guess Dr Fieno actually saved my husbands life twice.
We love him and are so very grateful and blessed to be under his care.
