Dr. David Gold is a considerate and diligent orthopedic surgeon serving the community of Baltimore, MD. Dr. Gold attended the University of Maryland, where he received his medical degree, and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery, internship, and fellowship from the same institute. He also completed his fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Gold is a part of MedStar FSMC Orthopaedics. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is affiliated with the MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, Baltimore, MD. His clinical interests include joint replacement and in addition to hip, knee and shoulder replacements, he also performs fracture care and general orthopedic surgery.

Good, I complained of knee pain, They took an xray of the knee and I received a cortisone shot to relieve the pain.

Had me scheduled for the wrong body part. This doctor told me just by looking at my hands that I am wrong. Not by looking at ANY previous testing done at my other doctor that gives me the injections. David Gold is not great. I wish I would've saved my money And listened to the reviews of others.

Dr Gold is arrogant, and insensitive. He tried to minimize my pain level and told me how I should be feeling after 6 weeks. This is my body and I know how I feel and the pain I have experienced since the beginning. I will never see him again. No I do not recommend!!!

Dr. Gold diagnosed my chronic hip pain correctly. He prescribed medication, and for the first time in years, I can walk again without pain. Sometimes, you must see a specialist to diagnose your condition. Dr. Gold said I have degenerative osteoarthritis and will probably need hip replacement in the future. But I am no longer suffering in constant pain. Thank you, Dr. Gold.

I absolutely recommend Dr. Gold.
He replaced my right knee. And now I am having him do my left knee. I would never want anyone else to do my knees. I have heard stories, I was apprehensive at first, but Dr. Gold has done over 3,000 knees. He is the best in my opinion. He also did corporal tunnel surgery on both of my hands. I like him and I trust him

Dr. seemed rushed and made me feel like an elephant. Didn’t exercise patience even after I told him over and over that I was scared as I had never had the procedure and hyperventilating. This seemed to not bother the Dr only just to make him more irritated to rush me out of his exam room.
