He asked pertinent Questions and addressed all of my issues and he ordered the tests needed to properly monitor my health.

The wait is always pretty ridiculous, but he is a great doctor once you are in to see him.
Not sure what happened in the last 2 years but the wait time today was horrendous.
Good doctor, but the office is way too crowded, lots of patients waiting between 4-7pm.

everything is amazing is this place besides the disorganization they have which makes patients to wait for so long. I had to wait more than 1 hour after the time my appointment was supposed to be
Verified patient
Took over 45 minutes to see the doctor. The office called to see if I could come earlier Bc the doctor was sick. If the doctor is sick cancel appointments. Never going there again
Verified patient
I waited a month for results just to be told I need to come in and receive them. This is conflicting information from what the doctor told me
This is my first and last time seeing this doctor. He seemed a bit impatient and talked over me while I was trying to explain certain things to him. Also, he and his assistant spoke in their native language about my care, right in front of me and that's totally unacceptable. It made me me uncomfortable. Next time, I'll find another doctor.
Very good.

Dr. Khasidy is so unprofessional. The way he speaks to his assistant was rude as well as the way he speaks to patients. He's very dismissive and during the visit will be talking to other staff members in Russian ( I believe). He isn't through at all and tries to get you to get other tests done so they can bill the insurance. I am actually going to call to see if I can switch doctors because the office does have hours that work for me. If not I will find a new location. The assistant was great.
Overall, it was a good visit. My issue was really with the staff! The professionalism portrayed by the front desk staff was terrible to say the least. Good luck being able to simply "call and have your results faxed to you". It took 2 days and several phone calls just to accomplish that. For this reason, I will not be returning.
Very professional and caring. Would recommend.
Verified patient
My. Visit was horrible. I am very sick. My wait time was almost 3hrs. The receptionist was very rude-like . I have a sore throat and pink eye and because the doctor who I might add is the most disrespectful person I no. Got an attitude with my spouse for simply explanning my illness to him. So due to that he write no prescriptions for me told his staff he wasnt God and he nit wasting his time bring in the next patient. I am still without. Meds and hes my PCP.they make sure you put him as your pcp before you can. Visit the miserable old guy.
Verified patient
Probably the worst visit I had with a doctor, a very unprofessional person with no regard for my needs or concerns as a patient. Literally through my paperwork and had a "get out of my face" attitude. I wish I never stepped foot in that office.
Verified patient
They had me down for the wrong time despite multiple phone call confirmations (on their part). After 2 days, I am still waiting for my prescription to be refilled, which was the point of the visit.
I was told by the front desk lady that because I booked the same day through Zocdoc the appointment would not be considered. Due to the fact that I was feeling ill I requested they honor my appointment and after waiting for over two hours I was the last patient to be seen by the doctor. He was impatient and did not even take the time to truly examen me. He was ready to dismiss me as just having a “cold”. When he realized I was not satisfied with his diagnosis he finally decided to conduct a test and prescribed antibiotics for a throat infection I had.
Wonderful doctor - caring and knowledgeable
Verified patient
It turned out that the times listed on ZocDoc were not times the doctor was available for appointments. When I eventually had my appointment, it took 45 minutes to be called in from the waiting room after checking in (on time), and then another hour between getting my vitals and seeing the doctor. I came at 12:10 and didn't leave until 2:30 for a standard annual physical. There was only a curtain between me and another patient while the nurse was taking my vitals and asking me some questions.
Verified patient
He makes sure you address any concerns you have on your first visit to send you for further evaluation as needed. Other doctors schedule an appointment for each concern.
Verified patient
Came in for second degree burns, the doctor understood right away my concerns with infection. He made me feel comfortable and that my concerns were valid.
Verified patient
Very nice doctor, not in a rush
Verified patient
As an advocate for a patient I am writing this review on their behalf. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Phone calls never returned, multiple requests for insulin prescription renewal ignored and no follow up even after the pharmacy called the office concerning said renewal, messages left for Dr Khasidy never returned, the receptionist hanging up on me, no follow through with repeated requests from myself and a new Primary Care Doctor for test results to be released. The unprofessional support staff is unbelievably incompetent. The multiple waiting rooms packed with patients waiting for hours to see a Doctor should be a red flag.
Verified patient
Wait time is unacceptable. Highly disorganized
Very unprofessional! Worst PCP I`ve had! I`ve been to this office a couple of times and they had claimed that I only appeared once because they had lost my insurance information. Every time I appear I give them the benefit of the doubt and without fail I end up waiting at least a hour and a half after my appointment time. My last visit was the last straw. I had a scheduled appointment at 5:30 pm and didn't see Dr. David Khasidy Until 9:45pm. I waited there patiently and decided at 7:30 pm to finally go up to the desk and ask what was going on, being that the waiting room was practically empty. The lady at the desk tried to tell me he was done for the night and wasn't seeing anymore patients. I insisted that she work something out because I just needed a referral and it was important that I get it. By 9 pm I was the only person in the office to the point the custodial were sweeping around me and all the Nurses had went home for the day except 1. I finally meet him, he tries to make small talk and I cut straight to the point being that I wasted 4 hours of my time for a referral. Not only did he not place it in my hand after he was done writing it, he rudely threw/slid it on the table in my direction and said have a good night not even looking at me. It feels like if you aren`t Russian you`re pretty much destined to wait about a hour and a half at least and treated with little to no respect. As an African american, I hate playing that card but that`s what it is. I highly recommend you avoid.
