“The office was quite busy, but I still felt like they took the time to listen to me and my concerns. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I had scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ray, but I was seen by a FNP for the appointment, and then Dr. Ray came in to discuss certain aspects of the appointment and what next steps should be taken. I felt comfortable with the bedside manner of both the doctor and FNP.”
