“Dr Stein is an excellent physician. He was very thorough and kind. Unfortunately, the medical issue we went to see him for requires a different specialist but he put me on the right track and explained the issue well while offering great advice. The receptionist did not check my pedigree information to make sure that it was correct. There was an old telephone number that she put on my pedigree form, also she did not ask me for an emergency contact such as a family member or friend if something happened to me.
I was given a laboratory kit, in the kit was a UPS envelope with a shipping label attached and I was to send specimen samples for testing.
When I called UPS for a pickup service, I had to give UPS the tracking number and the tracking number had expire in March so I could not send the specimen kit to the laboratory. I went back to the office before 5pm and inconveniently the doctors office was closed.
I dont understand why the office doesn’t check to make sure that the kit containing the UPS shipping label is not expire, so this put me back to getting quicker results as to what my medical issue is.

This was a prepatory meeting for a colonoscopy. It was pleasant but matter of fact, and non-condescending. That is what I look for in a doctor.

Dr. Stein was very welcoming very professional his bedside matter was top tier without a lot of medical jargon. It’s been awhile since I visited a Dr. office and was seen and heard. The office staff was very professional, polite.
