About Dr. Davina Chen

Dr. Davina Chen, DO, is a skilled rheumatologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. She is known for her holistic and collaborative approach to patient care, which is deeply influenced by her respect for the unique needs and circumstances of each patient. She treats a variety of conditions including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, polymyalgia rheumatica, scleroderma, Sjogren's syndrome, myositis, seronegative spondylarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, vasculitis, and gout. Dr. Chen's academic journey began at Cornell University, where she completed her undergraduate studies. She then pursued her medical degree at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following medical school, Dr. Chen completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Stony Brook University Hospital on Long Island. Her commitment to specializing in rheumatology led her to Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, where she completed her fellowship. Throughout her career, Dr. Chen has been actively involved in professional organizations such as the American College of Rheumatology, the Association of Women in Rheumatology, and the American College of Physicians. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Chen enjoys a fulfilling personal life in Westchester with her family and two dogs, Luna and Rio.
