I begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation that includes your mental health history, medical background, and treatment preferences. Based on this, I create a customized care plan that may involve medication management, therapy coordination, or integrative strategies through our “one-stop shop” clinic model. I closely monitor progress and adjust as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
