I've been seeing Dr. Chang for the past six months and have had an excellent experience. She is attentive, compassionate, and takes the time to really listen to my concerns. Unlike some psychiatrists who rush through appointments, Dr. Chang ensures I feel heard and involved in my treatment plan.
Her office staff is friendly and professional, and I've never had issues with scheduling or insurance. Wait times are minimal - I'm usually taken back within 10 minutes of my appointment time.
Dr. Chang explains things clearly, answers all my questions without making me feel rushed, and has been very responsive when I've needed to reach her between appointments. She takes a collaborative approach to care, which I really appreciate.
