I had to establish with a new provider after my last pcp no longer accepted my employers insurance. I decided to try BayCare providers. They have always been exceptional leaders in healthcare so I found a provider under their organization. I was so happy I did. Wonderful office, staff, and my nurse practitioner took the time to know me on the first visit.

She and the office staff were kind and helpful. I loved booking online and getting in on the same day for a new patient visit. (I think I claimed a last-minute opening.) They told me they have same-day amd video illness appointments for established patients. Amazing.

I've been seeing Deb for years but this was the first time at this office. My experience with BayCare's mental health services was less than stellar, but this was a very pleasant, comfortable experience. The office was clean and open, I was seen promptly, and everyone was friendly (especially the tech, whose name I didn't catch, but she was great). Deb, as usual, was lovely, and I will continue seeing her for as long as I can.
