Shes is so understand and attentive. She takes my opinions into account. Such an amazing provider. Highly recommend her
Dr. Pugh is a wonderful doctor, she listens and has helped me navigate very difficult life changes.
She has been very helpful and takes the time to talk about my medicine
I’m so grateful for the experience! She was incredibly informative, helpful, and kind. I really appreciated how she listened with understanding and made me feel heard. The online testing was also a great tool to help me better understand myself. I’ve already referred her to others!
I appreciate that there was no stress during the meeting with Debra Pugh. She is knowledgeable and understanding about ADHD and is professional and understanding.
Debra is so caring and attentive. She listens and asks questions to understand my concerns. She knows how to treat every aspect of my mental health and understands what I need to function at my highest level. I highly recommend her. I have felt so much better knowing I have her on my team.
Debra recommended a medication with excellent results and we are very grateful to her. She was easy to talk with and was responsive to my spouse being involved.
I’ve been working with Debra Pugh, PMHNP-BC, for nearly a year, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I’ve received. Debra listens with genuine patience, kindness, and compassion, always taking the time to truly understand my needs. She treats me as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or a number. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her.
I met my provider, Debra Pugh, at the lowest point in my life. I was in a very dark place, having a lot of panic attacks and night terrors. Debra, from our first meeting, it was like talking with my best friend or favorite family member. Debra is kind, caring, compassionate, and truly listens. I credit my still being here on Debra; she truly is a God-send.
I scheduled this appointment specifically because the clinic was listed as in-network with my insurance. I also clearly stated in the intake form that I was seeking help with a benzodiazepine taper. If this was something Deborah couldn’t assist with, I would have appreciated that being communicated upfront before anyone’s time—or money—was wasted. Instead, I went through the full appointment, only to receive a text after the fact stating that my insurance was out of network and I would need to self-pay. This was incredibly upsetting and felt misleading, especially given the vulnerability and clarity I showed in my intake. If you are considering this provider for addiction support, I would urge caution. This experience left me feeling dismissed, misled, and unimportant.
I've been working with Debra since September 2024, and I truly feel fortunate to have found her. She listens with genuine intent, never rushes through our sessions, and takes the time to really understand me as a whole person—not just a list of symptoms. Her care is thoughtful, compassionate, and deeply personalized. It's clear she is committed to her clients' well-being, and her support has made a meaningful difference in my life.
Debra is wonderful. She actually listens to me and cares how I feel. She's the first mental health provider I've had who listens while I talk and desn't try to come up with a response before knowing all the facts. Amazing. And she doesn't abruptly end our appointment at the precise moment our time is up. She lets me finish my thought. She's the best. I feel so lucky to have found her. She'd better never retire while I still need her.
She listens and is so easy to talk to

I feel the intake was thorough; she listened to me and found a possible solution a little outside of the box. If it were not for her expertise, I would not have learned about this promising therapy.
Debra is a kind, patient very experienced provider who really cares about her patients. She respects me and really listens to what I have to say. I've had some providers who dismissed my experiences and concerns but Debra worked with me to find the best combination for me. She's also very knowledgeable about supplements and herbs and helped me use both to deal with my issues. I am a complicated case with a number of physical concerns as well and have a history of sensitivity and allergies to medications --I have never responded 100% to prescription medications alone. Debra understood this and knew exactly how to deal with it. I highly recommend her!
