“This was my first time there and I was a bit confused about where exactly in the building I should be which made me 20 mins late to my appointment because I was waiting downstairs instead of upstairs. Instead of an understanding I was told i had to reschedule which had me waiting over 2 hours to be seen. Besides that everything else was good.”

Amazing bed side manner. Took the time to explain things in detail and actually listen. He seemed like he actually cared and immediately wanted to help. He was professional and didn't rush to get you out. Dr. Patel is a great dr. that legitimately cares about helping his patients. There was hardly any wait time which is unheard of nowadays. Staff was very nice also. Great place overall. Would definitely recommend.
