i was charged a copayment and my insurance claim shows that i didn?t have one. i told the receptionist that, but was charged anyway.

outside of my telehealth appointment, communication with my doctor through the mindpath process, including submitting medical information release forms, has been remarkably poor at best.

the two receptionist are very helpful, easy to work with in making appointments and just all-around exceptional. dr jewekes, i admire and respect so much. i completely trust her and respect her decisions with my medication. i am so extremely pleased.

i got a text saying my appointment was online when it was supposed to be in person. i didn't recieve a zoom invite and had to call the office. i was able to attend the meeting online but would have rather attended in person
