“First time experiencing a live video appointment. This type of visit is streamlined compared to traditional legacy services. Everything went very well. I have some pressing issues that brought me in, and Jacque was attentive to my questions and concerns. She laid out a plan of medication and imaging to identify and treat my ailments, etc. Jeffery was the staff member who assisted me with everything, and he was a gentleman throughout the process. I feel like I'm in good hands and look forward to better health in the future. I'll update this review a bit down the road. For now, highly recommended!”

About Denise (Jacque) Wagster
Concierge Primary Care Practice
When you arrive for your appointment, a medic will greet you at the door, take you back to an exam room, collect your vitals, and briefly review your paperwork. The provider, who holds a Master’s in Family Nursing from Maryville University, will join the appointment via a TV in the exam room. All of our instruments are equipped with cameras and microphones, allowing you to see and hear everything the provider observes during the exam.

The doctors appointment was very thorough! Also the Equiptment they use makes you feel more involved and aware of situations! I would recommend giving them a try it is different than most doctor visits! They seem to take great pride in actually taking care of their patients!
