Their calendar doesn't match to ZocDoc and they canceled the appointment at the last moment. If I need to call every doctor to check their available appointment time I don't need to use ZocDoc at all.
Zocdoc and provider calendar was not synced or updated and my appointment was cxl last minute. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience on both sides.
Dr Pfisterer is an excellent and exceptional orthopedic surgeon who goes above and beyond for his patients. He also donates his valuable time and energy to care for the Bergen Catholic High School football program. He is an empathetic advocate for patients best interests and their wishes. He is truly deserving of praise. If you’re having joint issues there is no better person to advise and care for you.

Great practice. From front desk to radiologist to doctor assist and and the doctor himself. Listened carefully to my issues and provided several solutions!

Two visits about a possible revision to a previous knee surgery. First visit no wait (it was earlier in the day) second time a bit of a wait (later in the day), but worth it. Dr. Pfisterer was clear in his explanations, provided me with options to pursue and was understanding when I said I was getting a second opinion. He even knew the next doctor I was seeing and praised him. I had called many orthopedics to review my original surgery and most would not see me. I felt Dr. Pfisterer was knowledgeable, but not condescending (which I have experienced with other doctors). I truly felt he wanted to help solve my issues with my original surgery. I would highly recommend his practice.

Although my appointment was available on Zocdoc, Zocdoc platform did not mesh well with the Doctor system. Zocdoc messaged me when I was already in the parking lot for the doctors office to say that I needed to call the office. When I called the office they said that my 10 AM appointment was not available. I protested that it was available on Zocdoc. They put me on hold for a few minutes and then got back to me and said that I could come in. Once I was in and filled out my new patient paperwork, they took me in to an examination room in less than five minutes. It was a very professional way of handling an unpleasant experience for a first time patient??. Once inside, I waited only a few minutes for the PA to come in for an initial evaluation. The doctor himself then came in to see me in less than five minutes after that. All around, it was an excellent experience and I was very happy with the very thorough and patient way that Dr. Dennis treated me. I highly recommend his office!??

X-rays were taken and reviewed by the Doctor. PA Ramses, who was terrific, examined my shoulder and determined the need for a shot and physical therapy, with a follow up appointment in 4 weeks. Very good experience. I was in and out within 40 minutes. I did not feel like I was rushed through each step. Entire staff was wonderful.
Verified patient
Dr Pfisterer is very down to earth and knowledgable. The only negatives to my experience was an overcrowded wait room, and sitting in the appointment room for 50 minutes before anyone came to see me.
I was first seen by a PA who was very good about asking questions to understand my problem. The doctor then came in and asked more questions, examined my shoulder and advised me on a solution. I was very pleased.

Phenomenal doctor. Very rude front desk staff (except 1 lady)but he more than made up for it with his skills and attentiveness to my pain and concerns. He should definitely look into a new front desk staff 2/3 were horrible

Really thrilled! Took a scary spill and was very scared of a broken bone. Took me right away, quick x-rays, caring and engaged staff. Was really scared and walked (well limped) away feeling much better. Great experience.

Dennis is a very good , thoughtful caring dr, firstly I was able to chose him fast- needing an orthopaedic surgeon the next day and found him at 9 pm. Able to book a 10 am appointment (I fell and broke ankle bones all around seriously- dislocated. Already had scan and a splint with bandages from Urgent care) Once I reached his office and had more X-rays for him to see the seriousness, he explained all the procedure kindly with a lot of patients and was able to let me go ahead straight into ER For a Five o’clock surgery ( he would have approved for an earlier surgery had I not had coffee with milk same day 7:30am. The surgery was very successful, the staff is great, helped confirming the appointment. (X-ray was done better than what was viewed at Urgent care- meaning better to view position of breakage) Met his Phisician assistant Mary Ann at the OR seconds before going down- anaesthesia, who later came to see me in the hospital the day of discharge and provided all needed information before discharging me, meds, how to shower with sling/ cast so forth and gave me full details of how successful my surgery was being there in the OR. Just returned from hospital very pleased will still have 2 week visit after surgery that I’m looking forward to. Don’t usually write referrals but this was exceptional definitely. Before finding Dr Dennis had another dr appointment at 1:30pm who was only considering to operate the following Friday. I consider myself very lucky.

They’re very fast and professional, I’m happy to book this appointment in a very short notice for my broken elbow/wrist, other orthopedic doctor appointment was scarce and need to wait a week or more.

Never saw the doctor only spoke to their PA I believed she introduced herself as so. She was very helpful and carried an awesome attitude when answering questions since waiting for the doctor almost felt like it wasn’t an option for me. They also didn’t ask me if I wanted an x-ray just gave me one right out when if they would have read the papers you have to fill out beforehand I specified an X-ray was already done couple days prior that showed nothing.
doc was great! the place is pretty and the office staff is great! the has me down as an ankle problem when I never said anything about my ankle at first which was worrysome but after I mentioned something after the first x-ray, there were no issues.
