In addition to being a registered dietitian, I have been a practicing chiropractor for over 10 years. I have been able to merge the two fields together and give an unique experience to my clients. In terms of professional experience, I have had the absolute pleasure to work in a variety of nutritional settings. I have experience in working with renal patients through my experience being in dialysis centers. I like to work in all fields, but my passion is Diabetes management. Diabetes and its complications have really impacted my family. As a result, I have made it a strong desire to assist those who are inflicted with the disease. Rather through home, clinical, or community settings, I have had been on a relentless campaign to educate and assist people with diabetes and those who maybe diagnosed with it in the future. I have also been able to work in the sports nutrition realm, working in the high school, college, and profession ranks to help athletes achieved their goal with optimum nutrition. My experience also extends to corporate wellness, in which I create wellness plans for companies to implement for their employees. I have also been very fortunate to be able to be in the virtual health field since its inception. I have been able to help hundreds of patients meet their health goals through remote interactions. When I am not doing work, I like to spend time with my family watching documentaries and spending time outdoors. I like to play basketball and box as well. Weightlifting and being on the Stairmaster are things I do to get in my happy space.
