I’m Devon Yanez, PMHNP, a psychiatric nurse practitioner committed to supporting clients in achieving emotional well-being. I combine medication management with therapeutic approaches—including Brief Supportive Therapy and mindfulness-based practices—to help people recognize unhelpful patterns and build practical skills for reaching their goals.
I take a holistic, client-centered approach: I respect autonomy, honor cultural and spiritual traditions, and focus on treating the whole person, not just symptoms. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I provide flexible, accessible care through telehealth to meet clients wherever they are in their journey.

This involves incorporating the latest evidence-based practices in medication management and psychotherapy, as well as fostering open communication and collaboration with patients and their families. By doing so, I empower individuals to take an active role in their own healthcare through education and behavioral strategies.
