I am a new patient and have had great experiences with all of their practitioners in the past 2 months, but the wait time for my primary leaves much to be desired. I also do not feel safe as they allowed many patients to walk around without masks and the assistant that took my vitals had her cloth mask under her nose for the duration of visit. As someone that is there to check immune system levels I felt unsafe. Other exams room doors were open along with mine and the patients in at least 3 rooms by me were with out masks and no one on the staff asked them to mask up.

Thank you so much for being black and making me feel comfortable throughout my whole experience. Often times I feel discriminated against and misunderstood. I appreciated him for closing the door when talking about my confidentiality and for making it seem like he was actually cared about my health.

Dr. McKenize is a lovely man. Very personable and a good conversationalist. Not happy with the examination. Missed the basics like checking my throat and ears. Also complained of back pain that is "cured" with yoga but no offer from the doctor to send me for x-rays or possible reasons for the pain. Just told to keep stretching. Four people attended to me including the doctor 1) one person to take my temp and BP, 2) one person to ask me my medical info 3) his assistant to type up notes 4) the doctor.

Doctor McKenzie made me feel really comfortable, he gave me really good suggestions about my vegetarian diet. He seemed as though he really cared about my health and for that I will come again.
