I earned my Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad, and completed my residency in Psychiatry at Westchester Medical Center.

I should not make any negative comments about the doctor. I waited for the video call, and after 30 minutes called the number given. Zocdoc apparently didn’t have the patient in the system, and there was no appointment.
I contacted Teletheraputics and submitted all information again. What a run around!!!! Completely unacceptable.

Dr. Patel took a great amount of time in fully understanding all of my diagnoses and how best to move forward with medication. I appreciated his hestitancy in making too many decisions at once which has been something I’ve ran into with other providers. He definitely looks at the holistic picture and wants to help the patient reach a better outcome. I would recommended him.
