Dr. Mehta has spent her entire professional career in Westchester County and brings her five years of experience to the OB/GYN division of Columbia Doctors in Scarsdale.
Dr. Mehta cares deeply about women’s health and counseling women on challenges they face in all stages of their lives. She provides a full complement of obstetrical services and gynecological services. Her areas of interest include gynecologic surgical management of ovarian cysts, fibroids, uterine polyps, cervical dsplasia, and vulvar disease.
Dr Mehta received her medical degree from Howard University and completed her OB/GYN training at the New York Medical College.

Appointment was very rushed. The doctor just wanted to run in and out and barely answer any questions. The nurses have no empathy. Everything is communicated through a portal. After getting my results, I had to reach out via portal for a prescription. I had questions about why I didn’t get a certain test result back and my messages and phone calls were ignored. Won’t be coming back.

it was my first time seeing Dr. Mehta. My ObGYN of 13 years closed her practice and I was scared to start over. Dr. Mehta was wonderful and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. She listened to my concerns and gave me the best possible answers. I've already referred my family and friends to her.
