Do not see this doc if you want someone who genuinely cares about you. She chose a steroid eyedrop that was not covered by my insurance, which ended up being a crazy amount. She does not listen to your needs, I had to repeat myself over five times for her to listen.

Even when I told her I'm relying on my insurance, which apparently didn't cover my glasses, she kept offering me to buy them and also get contact lenses. Which made her seem desperate to get paid... Instead of making me feel comfortable, she made me feel worthless...

I was very impressed with Dr.Diana Simkhovich, she took her time with my examination and really listened to what I had to say and explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. The personnel was very friendly and they have a good selection of frames to choose from. My overall experience was great and i will be back for my next visit!!

Overal experience was satisfactory, however, I am totally dissatisfied with time management. This aspect is very important for me. I respect other people's time and expect them to respect mine. In my opinion, making an appointment prior visit means you'll be taken care of EXACTLY at time that was agreed. Waiting for more than 50 minutes when time is agreed before -- is unacceptable.
