It was a great 1st visit with Diego Loaiza, NP, with my husband this morning. We were seen right away. He was delightful, helpful and quite patient with us. He also gave us scripts for blood work, shingles vaccine, colonoscopy and a mammogram for me. Overall this was a wonderful experience.

I was very disappointed. I was not able to be seen at the office because I had a cough. this was fine and I used the video chat with doctor. cough came back and they still would not see me. had to go to urgent care and turns out I had bronchitis. I scared to think if my bronchitis would have turned to pneumonia because they refused to see me because of a cough. Do better

Well I had bad experience with the office staff before, that’s why I do my appointments with zodoc because do the appointment by office is almost impossible This time was a little better will see next time. The provider is excellent answer all your questions, very kind.

Diego Loaiza was a great professional 10 stars for him , but no so the people at the front desk only 1 for them, they have a phone number which have 2 options wait in the line and leave a message none of them works, the first option I called for 3 days in a row wait in the line and hang out after almost one hour waiting, the second option also no works with my second appointment I called several times after I left the messages the first 2 attempts never call back and the 3rd attempt after I mention was my third attempt they call me back with other phone number which I was not have and get as a spam risk silent call, after these frustrating attempts finally I tried with zocdoc and was able to schedule the appointment The front office staff called me back in my appointment day and when they realize who I was and not a new patient their tone change and become rude, probably i will no get a good service in the future after this review and I will get in the blacklist front desk.
