I appreciated my experience with the PA and his assistant. I was told to call them the next day if they didn’t get back to me. The next day after I had my test done , I tried to get my lab results and was put off. I called, went in, but was put off. I called two hours later and still no assistance to verify test results. I am still waiting. The excuse when I talked to receptionist was they were busy. I felt my results were not important to them so it was allowable for me to be ignored. I’m still waiting to hear back from them. So I am very disappointed how I was handled after the appointment.

My appointment with Dr. Lopez was fantastic. He listened and took my symptoms seriously. He prescribed strong doses of prednisone for my illness. I’m so grateful for his competency. I’m already improving, but struggling to breathe at times. He knew what I needed to kick this bug, and to stabilize my breathing with my history of asthma. I’m very grateful for the care I received.
