“Zocdoc is terrible. Insurance coverage information demanded, but choices difficult to navigate. Appointment for 4:20, but not seen for more than 45 minutes. Avoid the hassle of a poor website and just come in without the appointment...no difference in wait time watching others without appointment get the same waiting "in line" to see doctor. Doctor good, desk coverage good, processing (i.e. Zocdoc) lousy.”

My appointment was very unpleasant. They only advised me to continue taking exactly what my other doctor had prescribed, but it did not work for my condition. The physician was excellent, but the staff was not. They were often busy talking with each other, which I found unprofessional.
I was experiencing significant back pain, and my doctor’s note states no restrictions, even though my job requires me to lift boxes weighing approximately 30 to 50 pounds. When I spoke with the medical assistant, she took her time talking with her coworkers before attending to me. As a result, I left still in pain and without having my note updated.

Terrific helpful staff. Everything ran smoothly… when you are sick that helps so much. Reception, intake nurse and the nurse I saw were attentive. Everyone was professional. The facility was spotless.

Provider was fine didn’t ask a lot of questions or anything and was super quick visit for an over 30 minute wait with an appointment so not sure I’d recommend this place too much

The provider checks my vitals and making sure that all needed examination just to make sure that nothing is missed during the visit, appointment was done so easy through online appointment, I am happy with the service that was provided during this visit at the clinic

I appreciate the prompt and efficient service provided. The pleasant staff had my health problem diagnosed and treated quickly. I was seen without ever having to sit in the waiting room. My symptoms were drastically reduced with the proper medication by the next morning.

I saw the PA in a timely manner. He was kind, caring and provided valuable information. Then he referred me to a Dr. at the Ortho. Dept. for follow up.
