“The waiting area was comfortable and the staff was polite. The doctor and lab tech were polite and listened. The one thing I had a hard time was the paperwork. It wasn't the amount of paperwork. It was the poor print quality of the documents. Being a professional office, I would expect better printing. I thought about offering to retype them all but being a new patient, I didn't want to overstep my position. ”

“The office visit itself was pretty good. I’m used to a bit of a wait for appointments, so I didn’t mind. I saw another doctor in the practice but he was amazing and I’m really happy with his bedside manner and how well he listened. My only complaint was that they did not see patients at the time I scheduled on ZocDoc, so I had to go in earlier in the day… but I’m not working so, it was fine. For someone with kids or a work schedule to work around that might be tricky.”

I did not meet with any doctors. Following the appointment, which went fine, I was scheduled a telehealth appointment. This was set for a Tuesday at 4:15 - I was given a business card with this information written on it. On that Tuesday, I never received a call. I followed up and was told that the appointment was actually Wednesday at 3:45pm… on Tuesday night, I received a text saying to call the office “tomorrow” - no specified time. I followed up around 2pm on Wednesday, was told that I’d receive a call at the scheduled 3:45pm… it is after 4:15pm… bad start.

The entire staff was extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend this office and especially Dr Shetty. She is no nonsense yet, down to earth with clear communication. She not only listened to what was said while making me feel like I was the only patient she had that day which, of course, wasn't the case. She communicated clearly and effectively and as long as I live here and she continues practicing, I'll not be changing Drs again!

Have been having a terrible sore throat swollen lymph nodes and oral thrush and was told I just have allergies even though I’ve already tried allergy medication. Unpleasant experience.
